新手父母 101

新手父母最驚就係第一個星期,唔知BB究竟食得夠唔夠?

 

其實可以記低BB每日更換尿片次數,同埋便便次數。 因為尿片夠唔夠濕,可以反映到BB食得夠唔夠。若果食得唔夠,有機會有新生嬰兒黃疸症。而便便嘅顏色會由初生第一日黑色變深綠色再變黃色。所以頭嗰日見到黑蚊蚊嘅便便都唔駛驚。

 

另外,只要媽媽有充足嘅水份補充,唔好太緊張,加上餵哺方法正確,BB慢慢就會越食越多㗎啦。

圖表(供參考)話你知一個新生嬰兒正常每日大概要換片次數同埋便便次數。 當然每個BB都有差別。

Daily diet of nursing mothers

進食建議

  • 少食多餐,約1天進食5-6次,充分吸收營養

  • 進食時間要有規律,以三餐為主,不要減少用餐次數。

  • 避免進食消化不良及引至脹氣食物。

  • 避免在晚餐後吃點心,點心每天吃一次。

food choices

  • Avoid raw and cold foods, control salt intake, and avoid acidic foods such as vinegar and lemon.

  • If there is still edema 1 month after giving birth, you should avoid eating too salty

  • The food is mainly light, digestible, nutrient-rich, low-calorie, high-protein vegetables.

  • Choose more green and yellow vegetables, beans and nuts

  • You should eat 200-250 grams of meat, poultry, eggs, and fish every day (you can eat more).

  • Control high-calorie desserts.

流質飲料建議

  • 以米酒代替水分攝入

  • 每天要飲用3杯脫脂奶或鮮奶

  • 每天需要充足流質湯水(全日總共約10至12杯左右)以製造母乳。

  • 控制水分攝入,避免造成內臟下垂或發胖@udn.com

  • 補充足夠的水分,預防便秘

  • 喝水果茶以補充水分

cooking essentials

  • Chinese medicine recommends "rebuying" with sesame oil, ginger, rice wine and water for cooking .

  • Mainly cook simple dishes, so as not to increase the burden of parenting .

  • Eat more liver foods in the first week postpartum to help clear lochia .

  • Eat pork loin in the second week after giving birth to promote metabolism and shrink the pelvis and uterus .

哺乳期間維生素攝取

  • 哺乳媽媽每週三餐要食用海魚,或飲用紫菜或魚湯水1至2碗,以吸取足夠碘質及魚油中的DHA (對嬰兒腦部發育及新陳代謝至為重要)。

  • 每星期要進食以下任何3份高維生素A的食品,如114g肝臓、半碗甘筍 (吸取足夠維生素A或胡蘿蔔素),以增加嬰兒的抵抗力及維持皮膚、氣管及眼部的正常發育。

  • 每天進食2至3份水果,如橙、柑、橘、柚等高維生素C水果,令嬰兒抵抗力及軟組織發展正常。
